You may have noticed a few new pics on our website - BIG thanks go to Elizabeth Swider, photographer extraordinaire, for the new pics. Elizabeth has generously shared her her wonderful talent with us over the last year or so. You can see more Scufflepics, as well as many, many of her other outstanding pictures, portraits, landscapes, and shots of Scuffletown and many other (and much better-looking) bands at her site: www.beautyisfree.com - Enjoy!
The Scuffleboys celebrated the public release of their new recording, "Wine, Women and Wind." The recording will be posted for online purchase soon. In the meantime, if you are looking for a copy, use the "contact us" feature to order 1. Thanks to Scuffleheads everywhere for support of "Wine, Women, and Wind"!
The 4th annual Marty Whitlow Ovarian Cancer Fund "Dance for Life" was held on Friday, March 6th. Scuffletown had a great time playing with Terri Allard to kick off the evening, and the Gladstones kept everybody up and dancing throughout the night. Donations are still being tallied, but the evening raised somewhere in the ballpark of $25,000 for ovarian cancer research.
Local press was great about covering the event. Cville newsmagazine ran a very nice article in the days leading up to the dance - to see that article, click on: http://www.c-ville.com/good-time-local-trio-scuffletown-still-brings-fun/#.VQBTath0zIW
Channel 19 Newsplex was also at the dance as well - for their news clip about the event, go to: http://www.newsplex.com/home/headlines/Fourth-Dance-for-Life-Benefits-Ovarian-Cancer-Research-295452241.html?device=phone&c=y
Big thanks to everyone who came out and supported the Marty Whitlow Ovarian Cancer Fund, we look forward to seeing you all again next year!
The ScuffleBoys spent the past weekend recording the final songs for their upcoming CD. Lots of fun and hard work with Donny Holcombe at Sacred Ground Studio. Keep on the lookout for more CD announcements soon!

Next, the Scuffleboys will return to Glass House Winery from 2:00 to 5:00 on Sunday, Jan. 18th. There's nothing like good wine, music and food in a roomful of tropical plants to beat the winter blues, so please join us for a fun afternoon in one of our favorite venues!
